Our Team

Ryan E. Starling, CFP, AIF, President

Ryan lives his life on purpose. He is the President and C.E.O. of Financial Architect Network, Inc. He has spent his life in the financial world. I guess you could say it runs in his blood. His father, Captain Raymond Starling, after serving our country in the Army and Air Force, worked as an independent financial planner for nearly 40 years in Colorado Springs, CO. He was recognized nationwide as an expert in life insurance and was sought after by many insurance companies to train their staff and salesforce. He knew as a young teenager that this is what he was meant to do. In his nearly 20 years in the industry, Ryan as come to believe that money doesn’t buy you material things; it buys you choices. When you learn and appreciate the value and freedom those choices afford you, you can approach your financial philosophy…and your life…in a whole new way. Ryan has used this approach with hundreds of clients building his practice. What started as a simple desire to provide for his family has developed into a passion and excitement to help people achieve their goals.
Ryan has a degree in Business from Colorado State University, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and is knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of financial disciplines. He is recognized across the country as an experienced consultant dealing with financial and social issues that retirees face today. Ryan is also a graduate of the American College of Financial Planning with the designation CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) through Parkland Securities.

Ryan’s family is his priority. When he isn’t meeting with clients, he is with them. His daughter is a competitive gymnast and runner, and his wife is an active part of the FAN team and they enjoy boating, autocross racing, big game hunting, and hiking & bicycling. Ryan feels truly blessed to be in the industry of creating better futures; helping people reach their financial goals and desired lifestyles. Not only that, but he chooses daily to be surrounded by positive, hardworking people who in turn make him work harder, reach higher and be the best person he can be.
